2K - $61K a year 3 days ago 3 days ago 3 days ago Position Summary The primary focus of this position is to create and maintain product listing copy and images on the Full Compass (FCS) and Full Discount Warehouse (FDW) websites.
This individual will work with other team members, vendors and manufacturer representatives to obtain product information (e.
g.
, descriptions, multiple high-quality images, and documentation).
Essential Job Responsibilities Add new product listings to our websites Maintain and update all current product postings as needed.
Prioritize internal product listing requests to maintain defined service levels.
Edit product images as needed to maintain consistency of web presentation.
Add new product images and unique copy to populate on the FCS and FDW web sites.
Utilize AI-driven tools to generate copy as workflow requires.
Communication Respond to internal requests for web updates and amendments in a timely manner.
Respond to all outside inquiries and opportunities in a professional and timely manner.
Additional emphasis is placed on good communication and feedback with other team members, leads and supervisors.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Education and Experience High School Degree, GED or equivalent.
Post high-school education/degree preferred.
1-2 years' experience in eCommerce, Marketing, copywriting, image editing, and/or Product Information Management preferred.
Qualifications Working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
Experience in direct marketing product copywriting preferred.
Working knowledge of Photoshop, MS Office Suite (intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Work Environment Work is performed in an office environment with minimal, if any, travel outside of the office.
The employee may be required to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
The employee is required sit for extended periods; frequently stand and walk; reach above shoulders; and use standard office equipment, including a computer, telephone, copier, printer, and scanner.
