Panera Bread - Madison Springs Drive in Madison, WI is hiring for a full time or part time Cafe Barista! As a Cafe Barista, you are responsible for crafting quality drinks, as well as offering an exceptional customer experience to our guests.
Experience is a plus, but not necessary.
All Cafe Baristas will be trained on the bar to ensure drink making skills are up to par with Panera Bread - Madison Springs Drive's standards.
Further responsibilities include:
-Greeting guests with a smile, and a positive and kind attitude-Providing knowledgeable customer service that educates guests about our menu-Maintaining cleanliness behind the bar and in the dining area-Performing opening and closing duties, as listed-Performing daily and weekly cleaning tasks-Maintaining the highest standards of food quality-Assisting with storage, stocking, and maintenance of all products
Qualifications:
