Energy Services is seeking qualified applicants for multiple Customer Care and Eligibility Specialist positions for our office located in Madison, WI.
Potential employees should have an outgoing personality for working with limited and low income households, excellent customer service, and attention to detail.
Basic math and computer skills are required as well as the ability to effectively communicate via phone.
The duties of this position will be to process applications for fixed income customers to establish the eligibility for energy assistance.
Experience working in a non-profit setting is a plus.
Bi-lingual (Spanish or Hmong) language skills earn an additional dollar per hour.
Hours are Monday - Friday 2:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
