The Human Resource Department is currently seeking an energetic and motivated individual to administer the pre-employment background check and drug screening process; enroll new hire and answer benefit questions; respond to correspondence, and to assist with personnel related matters.
The successful candidate will have three (3) years HR experience (BS preferred); exceptional communication skills; a proven track record of customer service; familiarity with employment regulations; ability to perform with a high sense of urgency; along with proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Outlook. Honesty, integrity and trustworthiness are of the utmost importance.
